| This piece was a commission for a lady who loves the German town of Grafenau, and this is a prayer inscribed over the chapel door there. It's certainly a charming looking place, deep in Bavaria. We decided to keep the design simple, and I tried it on both a textured and a creamy plain paper. Both seemed to work nicely (they're both written in a bottle green which doesn't seem to show too well) so I sent her them both! |
