Here's an array of festive words from the end of the first day.

That's my final Calligraphy By The Sea for this year, but I'll definitely be running more in 2015 - if you'd like to be kept informed do please let me know your details.
The final calligraphy course of 2014 - Calligraphy for Christmas is this weekend!
Even though I've written Merry Christmas more times that I'd care to mention this week, it's not quite put me in the Christmas mood, which is perhaps not surprising as it's only October.... but if we're going to get people ready to write Christmas messages on all their cards, gift tags etc. then now's the perfect time for a spot of festive lettering!
Next job is to find all the gold paints, red cards and papers and metallic powders - that'll bring a sprinkle of christmas to proceedings!
I'm Janet Smith, a calligrapher who loves to experiment with lettering and calligraphy.
