Spent the morning arranging all the beautiful pieces of calligraphy done by the Newark WEA group on the walls of the Spotlight Gallery.
Amazingly there seemed to be just about the right amount of work, and it looks very professional with everything neatly mounted and labelled. Considering we thought the gallery was closed today (for changeover of exhibition) there were quite a few people coming in for a look. That included the reporter and photographer from the local paper.... reluctantly I was photographed but am hoping the paper will choose the photo they took of the friends I was with! Anyway - feeling proud of the group -
